Returns and Refund Policy:

Thank you for shopping at The Pēpi Pozy! We want to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. Please read our returns and refund policy carefully.

Returns:

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of the delivery date.

• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

• Please contact us at thepepipozy@gmail.com to initiate the return process.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is damaged before shipping.

Refunds:

• Refunds will only be issued if the product is damaged before shipping to you.

• Photo proof of the damaged item must be provided within 14 days of the delivery date to qualify for a refund.

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• If your refund is approved, it will be processed within the day, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 3-5 of days, depending on your payment provider’s policies.

 

Sale items:

• We do NOT offer refunds or refunds on sale items, Sale purchases are final.
